Few words from the artist: The inside-out method of clay sculpting, which I frequently use is an appropriate approach for me. It' immediate and tactile - you can achieve most of your desired results, pushing the clay out from the inside and in from the outside. The tools used are your own 10 fingers and, consequently, the life of the piece is literally in your hands. The figure emerges and what was once a piece of clay is now a person staring back at you. The face is brand new and doesn't " represent" anyone else.

Few words from the artist: There are three poses of the human figure. One is standing, the other is lying down, and the third is seated...Of the three poses I have a particular liking for this seated female figure, which I think, gives the most freedom, in the composition and spatially. The seated figure can sit on any surface. It is free and stable at same time.
